Solved Windows 8.1: Computer Shut Itself Down Automatically

So far no talk over at eightforums.com, so I figured that I would come here.

Anyway, I usually leave my computer on for the remainder of the day, and shut it down at night. I went to town for a little while, and when I got back the computer had automatically shut itself down. I am guessing it was crash related.

So, can someone here have a look at my crash dump?

Do I choose the driver that is circled?

Yes and you do not have to Register to Download ...

You need to uninstall the adapter, then install the new driver and only plug the adapter in when the driver installation tells you to.

And please do not spam two forums with bumps for help again, there are a lot of people awaiting help and bumping will not move you up the queue. Not in my queue anyway.

For Windows 8/8.1

Right-click in the screen’s bottom-left corner and choose the Control Panel from the pop-up menu.
When the Control Panel appears, choose Uninstall a Program from the Programs category.
Click the NETGEAR WNDA3100 > Uninstall NETGEAR WNDA3100 adapter.
When Windows asks whether you’re sure, click Yes.
Unplug the WNDA3100 adapter from your computer.
Run the file you just downloaded and follow the on-screen install instructions.
