Windows 8 Downgrade to Windows 7 Lenovo Y410p. Windows install stuck.

I have a Lenovo Y410P, I want to downgrade from Windows 8 and I whipped my hard drive. I also set all of the correct setting such as:

1. Converting HDD from GBT to MBR
2. Deleting Volumes
3. Formatting HDD
4. Setting Legacy Boot
5. Changing Boot Priorites
6. Removing Secure Boot
7. Making OS setting for other OS
8. I have looked up my issue and followed various guides

What does "whipped hard drive" mean ?

Why are you following guides about an installation error - have you had that happen?

I am following the guide because I am getting an error with the installation of Windows 7.
I erased the hard drive containing Windows 8 and deleted all partitions.
