Windows 8 style lock screen for Windows 7?

I love the new lock screen in Windows 8, with the background and simple clock. Is it possible to get something like that in Windows 7?

Heres what I use: W8Clock Logon Screensaver by ~LeeWhittington on deviantART
Use one of the many logon screen editors to change the background, text etc...

Well, its not bad, however I would like something that allowed me to use pictures as the background, not just solid colour.
