windows acctivation issue

Hi ive just got windows 7 and trying to activate it but its being a pain. when i try type 0 or 1 which is both needed in my activation code it says unnacceptable characters please check your product key and try again??

Are you sure that those are numbers and not letters
zero could be an o
one could be an el.

yeah positive my whole activation is number no letters what so ever :/
also some letters say the same thing if i try to type them ''unacceptable characters'' and the letter o and number 0 both wont work.

Sorry i was using the wrong activation key .. silly me thanks for trying anyway

I figured. The key has numbers and letters.
