What happens when you type activate into the start menu and press enter?

Your first picture looks suspicious to me. There is no Windows activation section down the bottom. (Displaying your product key) and there also no Ask for genuine Microsoft software logo.

I will ask you this. Have you ran an illegal program called RemoveWAT by Hazar ?
Because the picture you displayed shows signs of this program could have been used on your PC.
