The aero peek nor the glass isn't working even after upgrading my graphics card.
the peek is not present Performance Options > Visual Effects and its grayed out on the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. The aero is just simply not transparent and non-customizable.

Tried some tutorials and didn't work. what should i do next?

Check your video driver in device manager

Please go to start>search>type device manager. (for Win 7 and Vista)

Are there any "unknown devices" with yellow triangles on them?
Is you driver there , listed, and working?

If your driver is missing, or there is a yellow triangle on it, you will need to update it.

Is it listing the card as its actual name and not "Standard VGA Adapter" or whatever it does?
If it does, then you need the actual drivers for the card. Windows 7 will install (what I like to call) dummy drivers to get the card running basic features while you grab the drivers from the manufacturer's site.
(Disregard this, keeping this for future searches by other users; it helps :P)

And now that I look up your card, I found why it can't run Aero.
It has 64mb of video ram, whereas Aero requires at least 128mb to run.

I'm pretty sure Vista and 7 don't have any differences in Aero system requirements. But you can get Windows 7 Basic themes on Deviantart. Go here.
