Windows Assembly Temp folder question

I'm using W7 home x64 and Malwarebytes latest.

I ran a full C: scan the other week and MB flagged a lot of files in the C:\Windows\Assembly\temp folder (which it didn't before)
(I have since scanned a handful of them via Virustotal and they came up clean.)

My query is though is with the mismatch between files in the Assembly folder as reported by Windows Explorer and that by a CMD shell.
the CMD shell shows folders but not the assembly files as shown in Explorer.
eg Explorer doesn't even show a temp folder (yes, it's set to show hidden/system files)

Pics attached will explain it.

Can anyone explain what's going on there?

hi
use this

[h=3]Display All Files and Folders and Everything Inside[/h] You can use the /S switch to recursively show all files and folders inside the current directory. This means all files and folders in every subdirectory, all files and folders in those subdirectories, and so on. Be prepared for a lot of results.
dir /S

Thanks, and while the files shown in the Windows Explorer list DO show within the folders shown in the CMD shell, my query is why aren't the folders being shown in Windows Explorer?
Are they "super hidden" or something?
ie CMD shows TEN directories and Explorer shows ZERO.

All those files except NativeImages on my systems are here- C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly
I found this elsewhere- "In earlier versions of .NET Framework, the Shfusion.dll Windows shell extension enabled you to view the global assembly cache in File Explorer. Beginning with .NET Framework 4, Shfusion.dll is obsolete." I'm guessing that's why you can't see the files since most people have updated to .Net Framework 4 or later.
