Windows AutoInstalling unwanted patch

Hello,
something is bothering me very much concerning Windows 7's Updates. Even though I choose "Download Windows Patch but let me choose if I wish to install them or not" (something like this, my Windows is french) whenever I shutdown my system and there is downloaded patch it installs it.

I do not want this behavior, I want to decide whether or not I install them, do any of you has insight concerning this "problem" ?

Mine is set to (check for updates and let me decide whether to download and install or not). I also check manually several times a day. This setting lets me decide if I even want the download.
