Windows automatically logging off after 30 seconds Idle

hi,
one of my colleages at work is having trouble with her user account and it is logging her out everytime she is idle for 30 seconds.
i have no idea why this is occuring and i have changed things such as the screensaver option and also checked the power settings.

can anyone help?

This is A company computer and i am the technician in the office but i cant figure out why this is occuring, i have read multiple threads with similar issues happening and the problem is still occuring after trying various things.

It would help if you provided what you have already tried to resolve the problem so suggestions here won't be duplicating your efforts. With that being said, I would guess there may be a virus or malware infection. Have you run a scan with both a good AV and antimalware program?
