i have only been able to backup once and since then i have had problems with this service. is it a windows 7 issue? can it be fixed without having to use a windows 7 install disk(which i dont have)? all i get is a the last backup did not complete successfully error message. it wont let me do any backup. any info is appreciated or if you know of a free program for backing up your files that gives you less headaches let me know thanx.
