Windows blue screens with error text straight after the loading Screen

Every time I start up my computer and select Windows 7 in the grub menu, it crashes to a blue screen with error text. The screen looks like this:

I have run Startup Repair many times and every time it doesn't work. I have also tried running System restore when Startup repair fails, but it gets stuck extracting a DLL.

I have Ubuntu Studio on a Live USB, Is there anything I can do to fix it from it?

I also have another computer with a bootable hard drive we could take out and boot into then try restore the backup from there.
