windows boot error only in cold boot

So, i recently formatted the pc, Im getting this weird error from windows boot every time i do a cold boot (meaning turning the pc on), if I just reset the pc i dont get the error.
Is weird because previous to this error, before formatting, i was getting a different boot error also only on cold boot.

Is not a huge headache, i just have to reset the pc every time i do a cold boot, but is an annoyance.

Any ideas?

have to put in your disk and run startup repair/repair like it says?? chances are theres just a file or 2 missing thats causing this.
