Hello guys, i just need help right now. I'm attempting to install windows 7 prof to a laptop, but an error occurs that stops me from proceeding. here's the error message i'm currently receiving:

Windows Boot Manager:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

-> i'm now having a usb flash drive where i put my windows installer and make my usb flash drive installer as 1st boot device priority in BIOS Settings. But when i reboot the laptop, it wont proceed from BIOS screen until i press any key. but the error message above still occurs. i've also tried to long press F8, but still the error message above occurs all over again. what should i do? is there someone who can help me with this problem?

How did you create the flash drive to install from? Sounds like it's not bootable.

I extracted the Windows 7 iso to my flash drive that's why i was able to reinstall windows on every PC as long as i have the USB flash drive on the 1st boot priority device. But i just found out that on this problem, the error i have mentioned above made my installer corrupted or not be able to boot, even my windows 7 installer burnt into a dvd. Good thing i have a recovery DVDs for this laptop and able to recover the system without the error occuring anymore. Thank you guys for the help anyway.

Are you saying you did Factory Recovery instead of a Clean Reintsall? That's the worst possible install of Win7 one can have.

You said you extracted the ISO to flash stick, but I had just told you it needs to be written to the stick with the special tool provided in the tutorial I linked for you. Everything is in that link to get a perfect install, instead of the worst possible install one can have with all of the bloatware and duplicate utiltiies that ruin Win7 performance.

Ok sir, I'll follow this one the next time I encounter the same problem. I had fixed it my own way earlier before I have received replies to this thread because I barely needed the laptop working. But after I have done the factory recovery, I borrowed another DVD with a windows installer that I used to reinstall the windows on the laptop. So far sir, I have checked everything and I have nothing to worry about anymore so far. Thanks for the guide anyway.
