Windows Boot Manager Problem

Sorry If this thread is on the wrong forum but please can you help.

When ever I turn on my computer it comes up with this:

Windows Boot Manager
A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
If you have a Windows installation disc, insert the disc and restart your computer. Click "Repair your computer," and then choose a recovery tool.
Otherwise, to start windows so you can investigate further, press the ENTER key to display the boot menu, press F8 for Advanced Boot Options, and select last known good. If you understand why the digital signature cannot be verified and want to start Windows without this file, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

status: 0xc0000428

Info: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file.

I have tried to use my install disc but when i try and boot from that is says:

Press any key to boot from cd/dvd...

So I press a key and it goes straight back to the Boot manager message.
I have also tryed to get into the advanced boot options by pressing F8 but is comes up with the different drives i want to boot from. I dont really want to disable the driver enforcement because f the safety and i can't anyway. Is there anything that can help?

I am using a custom built pc (by my self) and it has worked for more than a month.
I am using windows 7 professional x64.

Thanks for the reply. The only problem is that it wont let me boot to the disc it just goes back to the boot manager message error.

check the bios settings and move the cd/dvd drive to the top of the list priority in the boot sequence settings as all bios are a bit different please read the links below

i dont understand then if you have it set in the bios to boot first then it should? in my bios i have to be quick like 3 seconds to hit the key and activate the boot from the cd/dvd. is it a external cd/dvd drive by any chance?

Are you using the TV as a Monitor? If Yes, use a PC Monitor, as some TV will BY-Pass the Press any key to boot from CD or DVD .._ screen.

Thanks but i am using a dell IN2010N PC monitor. It will also not let me access the advanced boot options by pressing F8 It just says what hard drive do you want to boot from. Maybe Its a different key for my specs but I cant find anything saying it isnt different to anything else.

try delete key

Check in BIOS for USB legacy is enable, & not disabled.
or
Try a PS2 keyboard.
