Windows Boot Manager

Recently, I've had a change in my boot up. After I get the BIOS screen, I get a 1 or 2 second screen that says that it cannot detect the C: drive. Then I get a screen that lasts for 20 seconds titled Windows Boot Manager. The Windows 7 item is highlited and if I press enter or wait the 20 seconds, Windows loads. All my apps work with no problem. It's more of a mild concern that it is of a problem. Any suggestions on what is causing this or how to get rid of it?

It may or may not be relevant but what happened to the problem you were having last week. That problem does not appear to have been resolved. See here:

The Power Point problem has not yet been resolved and it occurred some time before the most recent problem. I have responded to the latest post on the PP problem. I don't believe the two problems are related. Any help would be appreciated.

Enter BIOS setup to see that HD is set first to boot, Save settings and Exit.

Then boot the DVD http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html or Repair CD to run Startup Repair a few times to make sure everything in the OS is in order.
