My computer suddenly shut down twice because Im having problems with the charger and the computer was low on battery. I let it charge for a while and when I started my computer again the windows error recovery page came up. I clicked Launch Startup Repair (recommended) and this appeared:

Windows Boot Manager

Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-OM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to receie this error message, contact hardware manufacturer.

Status: 0xc00000e9

Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred.

I restarted my computer and clicked Start Windows Normally in the Windows Error Recovery page but no matter what I click it always comes to the Windows Boot Manager page. Can someone please help me? thanks in advance.

Have you tried booting from the Windows disk and selecting the Repair option? It may take running through this 3 times to fully repair, but is often the most painless way to repair the master boot record.
