Windows boot to black screen with mouse pointer

I have a lenovo laptop, it has windows 7 premium x64.
i took out its hhd and then put it back in but it boot to black screen with mouse pointer. i also try to run repair from the installation CD but it only stake to windows logo and it stays like this please help me

Hello and welcome Francina - have you tried safe mode yet? If you can get into safe mode try these

Now just as a matter of curiosity why did you remove the hard drive? and when you did was it dropped or exposed to strong heat or any other types of physical stress as they look fairly rugged but in actual fact can be easily knocked out of alignment or the read / write arms bent.
