Would someone please explain exactly what Windows Briefcase is and how to properly use it?? I must be a moron because I just don't get it...

What do you mean dropped , right click on your desktop, click new and there it is at the bottom of the list.

I think he means it's no longer being developed by Microsoft and is a legacy feature... I seem to remember it was first developed in either Windoze 95 or 98...
