When I click on "See full map" in Network and Sharing Center, I just get the "Windows cannot discover any computer or device" message. How can I fix this? I can't remember, but this may have possibly happened when I switched broadband providers and got a new router.
Note that the Network folder in Windows Explorer works - so there isn't anything wrong with device discovery.
EDIT: My router is a Virgin Media Hub 3.
