Windows cannot find

When I try to execute ‘Print Management’ from the ‘Administrative Tools’ panel I get the following error:
Windows cannot find ‘C: \Windows\System32\printmanagement.msc’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
If I try to execute ‘printmanagement.msc’ in the ‘System32’ directory I get the same error.
The same thing happens when I try to execute any program from the ‘Administrative Tools’ panel
What’s causes this error.

Several things are possible...you might have moved Administrative Tools from it's default location, If so, then go to where you moved them (Start Menu). You might need to run chkdsk /r and if that doesn't fix it, run a repair install, but before any of that, do the simpliest thing and type printmanagement.msc into the Start Menu's search window.
