Hi, can someone please help me troubleshoot this PC so I can update windows? It hasn't been updated since January of 2014. I am helping my sister update her PC as she does not have access to the internet where she lives.

It's an HP computer. I'm not real sure about the other specs, but I will post them later if that is necessary.
