Windows Classic Look Theme in Windows 10

Hello,

Is the Windows Classic Look Theme (the theme introduced in Windows 95) included in Windows 10 release version?
If not, is there a way to integrate the theme and have it work properly?

I assume the Quick Launch bar is still available in Windows 10. Correct?

I have been trying it on a desktop as the reserved one on one of my laptops has gone gaga so may be coming off and 7 putting back in. I am still not convinced as to whether I like it as some of the easy features of 7 look to have been made harder to use ie Windows updates - you get no choice but to download them like it or not. ​

No, the classic theme option has been completely removed since Windows 8, as you can see from Wikipedia:

The Windows Classic theme is removed. High-contrast themes (which previously used the Classic appearance) are modified to use visual styles

Since the Microsoft adoption of the "everything is a tablet" design pattern, the classic theme went away. Early versions of Win8 had it hidden and can be enabled with a hack, but its latest service pack ("win8.1") removed it too, apparently. Windows 10 has not reincorpored it either.

At most, as it was pointed in the thread from TenForums, in Win8+ you can use a theme styled with the classic colors, but it will be still an Aero theme, with all the graphical glitches and performance penalties of it. The real "classic theme" is missing.

Yuck, and all the window colours are bright white with no blue bar at the top of window, what were they thinking .. ??

Finally remove the white windows in Windows 10, by doing this:
Install Color Theme for Windows 10

Download the package containing the theme from here View attachment Themes.rar

Extract it to your desktop or temporary directory (if you do not have any program that can do it, downloaded 7zip, which is free)
Copy the folder Colored and file colored.theme
Copy them to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes (you may need admin privileges)

Double-click colored.theme and wait for the PC install the theme
Once installed, you can now choose your background image as usual and switch accent colors at will. Whatever your accent color is should be reflected in the title bars of certain apps like File Explorer and others. If you do not like the look or want to go back to the original Windows 10 version just choose any other theme e.g. Synced Theme.
