Whenever I launch the Command Prompt, It says "The system cannot find the path specified" under the Copyright Label on the Command Line.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Welcome to the Seven Forums!

Do you have that problem when you open a regular command prompt...
...or only when you open an administrative one?

Does the shortcut on the Start Menu look like this:

cmd.JPG

Edit: Do you have that problem when you open the Start Menu as shown in the video in my second post to this thread.

Try the steps in option two mentioned here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
If it finds/fixes stuff - be sure to run it a few more times.

Edit2: Once you've answered those questions, we can work thru the registry values.

Maybe a long process for a small problem? But from where have you obtained that path? (Administrator: C:\..etc) I agree with MS - there is no such path. If you are looking for a new shortcut, go to System32 and find the command.exe and make a shortcut from it.
Or create a shortcut on your desktop with the path shown in Usernameissues's post.

...there is no such path.....
The title of the command prompt window changes depending on how (from where) one opens it.

The properties of the shortcut made in the video looks like:
