Windows Connect Now (Win7)

Hi Guys, I have been trying to use Windows Connect Now. This is basically where your network settings are copied on a USB Flash Drive. I havent yet figured out how to do this. I need to do this for my xbox360. If you know any tips, tricks or hints on how to do this on Windows 7 it will be greatly appreciated.
