Windows crash/bsod while displaying japanese text

Whenever I opened some folders, my pc would crash, and after trying to fix it for a while with no success, I've noticed that it crashes while displaying japanese text, and sometimes it seemed to crash randomly as well. Does anyone have any idea of what could that be?

Here is the log. Windows crashed when I tried to check the file, not sure why.
