Windows crashed when Media Center sleeps

If I leave the computer alone too long and the monitors shut off (While Media Center is open, paused on a video), it will crash either right away or when I try to recover. It's a blue screen with very little text at the top, something about hardware failure and memory. When it happens next I'll tell you exactly what it says.

I also haven't installed any drivers recently, only uninstalled/reinstalled the latest driver for my graphics card, but this started happening well after that.

Though... the latest minidump is only from 5/21/2010 even though I have gotten these crashes a few times over the past several days. I don't think the memory is being dumped when this crash happens, it's a blue screen I've never seen before.

EDIT: Blue screen says:

*** Hardware Malfunction

Call your hardware vendor for support

NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error

*** The system has halted ***

Yep. It did uninstall, since when I turned the computer back on and went into WMC it asked to install it again (which made it work).

I am trying to see if it's my RAM. I took out the two 1GB sticks (left in the two GB). Going to switch them if I get the error again to test them.

EDIT: I am pretty sure the 1GB sticks were the culprit. I got ONE crash after taking them out over a week later), so I replaced the 2GB sticks with them (so my system had a total of 2GB of memory) and it crashed just on windows startup. I'll have to get new memory then.

Well, did it again just now (crashed when recovered from sleep).

This seems to happen only when relating to video programs... I may have to get a new video card (though I want to get one anyways).
