Windows Crashs on Boot but Fine after? Strage? Any Adice?

Hay all real wiard one here.

Ok i was getting a problem were i turn on the PC after it has been turned off for a while and Windows Crashs on start up, press the reset button for a reboot then goes to the "windows did not shut down propely" message so i choose to start windows normaly and all is well. Even if i turn the comp off for a minute it will start up fine.

I reinstalled Windows 7 (now 64 bit not 32) and also fashed the mobo bios and i still get this problem

System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz

Memory: 4096MB RAM
