I try to turn on WD. The little blue icon comes on and I wait for 5-10 minutes and nothing happens. What could be the cause?

Hello William,
I woud recommend to install
MSE instead. It's a lot better, and will replace Windows Defender.
Hope this helps,
Shawn

Yeah, meant that MSE turned off Windows Defender and replaced it as the default program instead.
