Windows Desktop and Organizing Open Windows Neatly in a Cascade

I was wondering if anyone knew of a utility that would put all open folders and open browser windows in a neat cascade stack? I know you select multiple windows in the task manager and right click "cascade" only issue here is that I can't control the cascade starting points and I end up with a huge window size.
