Had a warning from Windows regarding backup due do hdd risk, says"Windows detected a hard disk problem".So scanned the system with CrystalInfoDisk(screen shot).Says "reallocated sector count".
Is there any way of correcting this?.

Hello akvr and welcome to Seven Forums.

From what I understand about hard drives, it's not unusual to have the occasional bad sector. Sometimes drives even leave the factory with them. So every drive has some extra "spare" sectors that can be swapped out for the bad sector(s). Whenever a sector is detected as being "weak" (it takes more time to read/write to that sector than normal), a spare sector jumps in to take its place.

Now this doesn't automatically mean that the hard drive is failing. A drive with a reallocated sector count could last for years. But it is something you need to watch. If the count rises every day, that is NOT a good sign. Eventually you will run out of spare sectors and the drive will fail. So back up your data and keep checking the count.

You could also run check disk, a built in Windows utility. You'll have two options: (1) Automatically fix file system errors; and (2) Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors. Once the scan starts, DO NOT STOP the scan to prevent possible damage to the data on your hard drive. The scan could take over an hour depending on size of drive and amount of data on the drive.
