I have an Asus computer that suddenly will not connect to the internet and tells me i do not have any networking hardware. I run windows 7 ultimate x64. Troubleshooting told me there are issues w/ NVIDIA n Force Networking Control adapters and Realtek RTL*!*& Wireless 802.11g 54Mbps usb 2.0 Network Adapter. I have tried disabling and redownloading drivers from another computer but cannot seem to fix this issue. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling..at a loss. Any advice?
It is a desktop computer and not old at all. One day working..next day not. Keep getting Code 31. Device not working properly cuz Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
The Code 31 error is one of several Device Manager error codes. The Code 31 error will almost always display in the following way: "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

Click on your Start Button and in the space above type "Device Manager" (without quotes) and hit enter. This will open up your Device Manager. See if there are any yellow marks in it. This will indicate the problem item.
