Windows disk management showing wrong capacity

I have a 750 gb hard disk and I wanted to partition the disk so that I can mount Centos (i.e operating system) however Inspite of having 262gb free space its shrinking and only showing 15gb. I used windows defragment and even auslogics disk defragment but nothing worked. Please help.

So the only problem is: You can't shrink more then 15GB although you have 262GB free space and already defragmented. Problem most likely is the defragment process wasn't able to move the $MFT. Quite normal.

Install Partition Wizard (HOME version is FREE) Free Partition Magic alternative, partition manager freeware, partition magic server, partition magic Windows 7 and free Partition Manager software for Windows 7/8/VISTA/XP/2000 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2000.
And resize the partition. How to Move/Resize Partition with partition manager? Partition Wizard Move/Resize Partition Video Help.

Hey guys i did that it wokred. But now i encountered a problem i had windows 7 os in c drive and centos in e drive and now when i rebooted i got this page gnu grub version0.97 .im very tensed i want to boot my windows 7

To make win7 bootable do "startup repair" http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html

win7 install DVD can be find here http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/14-windows-7-direct-download-links (link is temporary down).
Or download/burn partition wizard bootable DVD Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online and boot from it. Then do "rewrite MBR"
