Windows Does not startup when I run my computer and No disk help!

So it was just a regular day when I was about to get on my computer and I turned it on but it didn't take me to a screen where I could log in, instead it took me to a screen that said Launch Startup-repair or start windows normally. I clicked Start windows normally and it took me back to the same screen, I also have tried to press f8 and go to the safe mode screen and it worked but I have no idea what to do because I just want to get back on my computer and play games and talk to friends but I am unable to do so because of this error, It is really irritating and I have no problem in restoring my computer but I do not have a disk so HELP!

Umm I installed a program called mumble which is used too communicate to people. and a game called maplestory.
