Solved Windows doesn't go to safe mode

Hi guys,

In my friend's Windows 7 32-bit machine, When booting up I hit the F8 key and it goes to the safe mode page. Then I select the safe mode and then hit the enter and it goes to that black and white specific page that some writings come down in order. After that I should wait for safe mode state of the desktop, but instead of that the windows again goes to the normal mode. In practice, it doesn't go to the safe mode.
How can I fix this? I want to go to safe mode to run a AV scan.

1.) Has anything in your system changed recently?
2.) Have you installed any new software/hardware?

Is your hard drive going bad?

You can test your hard drive using partition wizards boot cd.

OW that answer is good but not to this question! It's for my previous one. Yeah your are right I should be more patient but it's urgent, sorry.
And I can go to desktop and windows boots well. The problem (as I said) is that it doesn't got to the desktop screen of safe mode state. It's like that the safe mode doesn't work.

Hello Rojhalat,

Urgency is not an excuse for bad manners.


You might see if you may be able to boot into Safe Mode using any of the other options in the tutorial below instead.

@dear Andrew: OK mate, you are right.

I did one scan from boot using Windows defender offline tool. It found some malware and then removed them. Then the safe mode state reverted to normal state (the problem fixed). Now I'm in safe mode and scanning using KIS 2013. And it also has found many malware till now.
The problem in this case was "malware".
