Windows don't start..

My father accidentally unplugged our computer..

After I turned on the computer, this screen shows up and I kept seeing this screen..

I already tried all the choices but it was never successful..

Whenever I select Start WIndows Normally, it does show the Starting Windows screen, but after a few minutes a bluescreen shows up all of a sudden. This happens all the time..

How do I fix our computer? I don't have the installation CD for WIndows and worst, our cddrive don't work anymore.. Please help..

Have you tried what is suggested by the system itself?

If not, try it ..... run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.

If startup repair failed. You need to try something more. Follow it:

Our cd rom doesn't work(or is not installed, for after I opened the cpu, there were no cables attached to it) and I don't have the windows installer cd . T_T

If I would really use installer disks or repair disks, I need to fix our cd drive first.. :/

edit: I have left the computer and never tried to turn it on for the past 2 days. This morning I tried to turn on the computer, but another message showed up, it said "Disk Read error press crtl+alt+delete to restart".
After the restart, the same message showed up
