Solved Windows dragging problem

Hi, I am having problems with when I move my windows because when I drag a window it is just the outline and the contents of thw window stay where they are untill I let go of the mouse. I used to know how to stop this from happening in XP but I can't seem to find it in 7 (Ultimate) and it is really bugging me so if someone could just tell me how to do it that would be great.

type in adjust the appearance and performance in windows, it should pop up in your search list.
