Windows encountered an internal error while intializing COM.

When i want to instal build 7600

cant instal frome booting becuz it doesnt even start


Does any 1 know a solution?

when i start up it said press any key to boot frome an disk. i do and its loading when i see windows 7 background nothing pops up and i have to restart becuase i cant do anything ( only seeing background)
