Windows error

Component 'mem32x30.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or corrupt.
I got called to work today for this issue. Has anybody seen this. Worked fine Friday and today it started. Mapped drives work. Office and Internet explorer will not load. I tried restore to a previous point and it failed. No it doesn't want to boot at all. OS is Windows 7 professional.
Help please.

Hello Dawiz mate try these in safe mod if you haven't already ( I am assuming you have admin rights too)
