Solved Windows Explorer changed

I re-installed Windows 7/64, and I noticed that Windows Explorer no longer had the classic navigation pane/view....

This is how it looks everytime I open it, even though I checked both boxes in Folder Options/Navigation pane-

Any way to fix it? Thanks!
