Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working, constant errors.

Hello, I have been getting Windows Errors, mainly Windows Explorer has stopped working, and does it constantly. So I can not access anything windows related. I did manage to end the explorer process to stop it from happening, but what I would really like to know is, how do I fix the problem. I did the Windows 7 Recovery Disc, and no luck. Id rather not have to do a fresh install, but if needed, I will. I included a HJT log file just incase

Is there anything else not working and what are they. Have you run and security program scans looking for bad things. If your computer is clean try this. It repaired the same problem with windows explorer for me.
