Hi i'm new here. Is anyone familiar with this error? this keeps appearing on my screen even before my desktop loaded. Even i close the notice box, it only keeps on appearing over and over again. I didn't experience Blue screen but i cant use my desktop files/shortcuts, Toolbar, and even the Windows button w/c contains Programs. I had this problem after i clicked a link messaged by a friend on Facebook. I thought he was asking me to like a page on FB, but too late when he said that it was a virus spamming link messages on friends list.
I really really need your help guys as soon as possible. This problem already affects my office work deadlines. Please do help me. thanks in advance!

I already tried Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller, it detects some threats but the error still appears. I want to try some other options like sfc/scannow & creating a new windows account but the problem is i can't run any other program in windows. can't even click/access the windows button even w/ the win-key shortcut because the error prompt keeps on appearing/blocking.

still waiting for some suggestions. btw thanks for the insights mr. arc
