Windows explorer has stopped working

So sometimes on my pc i get this popup

Hello xishabz

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

• Click on the rb:
• Type CMD on Search
• Left click and Run as Administrator
• Type SFC /scannow

Windows recourse protection did not find any integrity violations.

Well i havnt got it in a long time since i did windows chkdisk or whatever its called, i think that fixed it, anyway ty.
