Windows Explorer has stopped working

I have a "Windows Explorer has stopped working" at right button clicking desktop.

The message is attached.

How can I solve this?

Using another computer download the installation file for Firefox and transfer to your computer using USB stick, install Firefox and remove IE.

This is not a solution. The OP is having problems with Windows Explorer, the engine that runs the Windows desktop, taskbar, and folder browser. Replacing Internet Explorer won't do anything in this instance.
