Windows explorer not working

windows will not load and I can't access my documents or any files. I do not have a backup. I need some important documents and I have tried rebooting in safe mode, restore points and nothing. Is there any way to retrieve documents.

Hi,

Can you access the task manager?

If so, then go to file, run, and tyoe in "explorer.exe".

That should start explorer up.
