I have been having an issue with Windows Explorer going completely blank on me. When this happens, the start menu does the same thing. There will be a blank white box where 'All Programs' is supposed to be located but it is still clickable however. All the folders in All Programs do show but no files show in them until I mouse over them and they appear one-by-one as I move the mouse. I found that out when trying to get to where I can post a screenshot of the problem. This files showing up upon mouse-over glitch also occurs in all Windows Explorer folders as well. A search on a few different search engines brings up only really old Windows 95 results including an old Microsoft KB article. I did not see any information regarding this problem on Windows 7.
AVG Internet Security 2015 does not find any viruses or anything and I ran an SFC/scannow and it did not find any problems. But there obviously is a problem.
