Windows Explorer Toolbar Missing

I just installed Win7 Ult 64b on a new PC and there is not a toolbar in Windows Explorer, I can not figure out how to get one added and a google search was not any help.

Anyone know how to get a toolbar?

I have Win7 on another PC so I know that there is a toolbar for Windows Explorer.

Can you post a screen cap so that we can see exactly what you see?

If you are talking about the Menu bar that has File, Edit etc. then you can get it by Pressing the ALT key.
Or if you want it to always be there, then select Organize, Layout and put a check by Menu Bar.
