Windows Explorer won't load

When I launch Windows Explorer it never loads. All I get is Favorite, Library and Computer in the left navigation pane with little circles like it's loading. After a reboot it works fine for a couple of tries. Then it starts this again. Also sometimes all my desktop icons turn white when this is going on, but a refresh fixes that. I have run several online virus scanners, checked the hard drives and run SFC.

This is a new one on me...

Hello ToyMaker, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if doing a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before this started may be able to fix this.

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn

Well I don't run System Restore but I do backup everyday. If all else fells I will do that. I have seen where this has happened before and someone suggested hard drive indexing may be the cause. I have had indexing cut off for a long time. This problem started yesterday. Searching for Explorer Hangs and such brings back a ton of stuff but nothing close to fix.
