Windows Explorer ??

I am beginning to hate the win 7 Window Explorer. Will the win XP windows Explorer work on w7 ??
I don't see any advantage of the new WE over the XP WE. Is there one that I haven't noticed ???

Personally, I like the ability to pin/unpin apps, as well as dragging them across the bar and having relevant windows open next to each other in the Win7 bar.
