Windows failed to start (Boot Manager) Help

Hi all, could you please help i have beeen reading through this amazing forum for the past couple of days trying to get my Dell 1545 working again, i have tried to reinstall the OS from a disc that came with the lpatop, to no avail :cry:
i created a system restore disk from the machine i'm writing this on....

still to no avail....:mad:

i can get into the setup menu's but like many others i can't get any further, I don't know how to get into the BIOS menu (and to be honest wouldn't know what to do if I did.

please can anyone help..:o:o

i don't really know how to check manufacturer's diagnostic tools. as i can't get into the computer to do anything with it :o

it basically says "
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the prblem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer
2. Choose your language settings and then click "next"
3. Click "repair your computer"

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible
......................
If I click on Enter it just repeats.

If I try to start windows normally same thing happens again.
If I F2 on start up it takes me to a BIOS setup screen but nothing in there helps
If I F12 i get 5 options Internal HDD, CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive, Onboard NIC, BIOS Setup and Diagnostics

plus i have tried the startup repair but can never get that screen

update: found that if I press F8 whilst the computer is starting i get another list of things to try but again these don't help
F8 = Advanced Boot Options
"Repair Your Computer" which reverts back to the "windows Boot Manager" thing that i decribed above.
"Safe Mode" as above
"Safe Mode with Networking" as above
"Safe Mode with Cammand Prompt" loads windows files and then as above

"Enable Booot Logging"
"Enable low-resolution video"
and so on the basics are it all reverts me back to the Windows failed to start screen again..

just tried this and get so far before it stops and states "Invalid Opcode at 000B 0000 0402 086F 025D 0702 0702 0A83 0CEE 2132 0000 0000 0000"

what can i do now ??:confused:

Hello Theog. II have the exact same problem with my computer. Ive tried practically everything post on seven forums without good results. Do you have any other tips?. i have work and a deadline to meet with this computer and I'm very stressed about it!!!
