Windows Feature Blank, but After Check using DSIM Error 0x80070002

Hello, I've problem with my Windows 7 Ultimate, It says about CheckSUR.log with this

Seconds executed: 647
Found 81573 errors
CSI C Mark Deployment Not Marked Total count: 6
CBS Watchlist Package Missing Total count: 40558
CBS Watchlist Component Missing Total count: 41009

I have tried using system readiness from MS for windows 7, also using DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth and sfc /scannow, Nothing works, for it. I want to restore my windows IE 11, because I need for IP Cam view, I use HK Vision and It need IE for it's activeX tools (Seems like that, because It's working only on IE, on my server). I also tried this Fix Windows Feature Blank. Still no luck, I've option to reinstall it, but I have many original software that's stays on my machine that some of it I lost the code, because it's been 6 years, and I lost some of it, so the only option is stay with the bug, but I can't stay for that long and lost the software now isn't the option.

Any Help is Appriciated. I've attach the CheckSUR.log, I hope it helps a little bit. Thanks you for any help, I've search the forums, but nothing is really help me, and I have no Idea what should I do for it. FYI, I've once reset the windows 7 update using ms diagcab as far as I could remember.

EDIT : I also have attach the CBS file, now my windows update shows the same update over and over again without any explanation, I tried to reset the WSU, no luck, still the same and the monthly roll up, I never get it again after this problem occur, seems the error make the windows stop the update or such, manual installation using MSU also not working well...

After quite a time, I deicided to upgrade on site and it works like charm
